Assim como o filme, a trilha sonora da animação "Toy Story 4" foi lançada em 2019. Randy Newman seguiu como compositor instrumental do disco e também intérprete vocal de "You've Got a Friend in Me", "I Can't Let You Throw Yourself Away" e "The Ballad of the Lonesome Cowboy". Essa última música foi divulgada como single na voz de Chris Stapleton.
